My name is Paulo Leal, I’m a freelance film colorist based in Belo Horizonte, with experience in commercials, music videos, and fiction films. I’m graduated in Graphic Design, and during college I learned to value method and process as essential tools to convey a message.

My goal is to use my technical knowledge, artistic vision, and aesthetic sense of color to make your vision real — bringing authenticity and boosting the strength of the narrative, making projects cohesive and intentional.

I also specialized in Look Development, deepened my understanding of color science, and am capable of creating Show LUTs for monitoring.
